1. Who we are

ShipMyBulk ("we") buys trading cards from individuals by mail. By submitting, you ("seller") agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the legal owner of the cards you send. We may refuse any submission. We may ask for photo ID before paying, and always do for payouts over $500.00.

3. Submissions and approval

Your estimate is based on the counts you enter. Ship only after you receive approval. Approval expires if no tracking number is added within 14 days. Boxes that arrive without an approved submission ID may be refused or held for up to 30 days.

4. Rates

The rates shown when you submit are locked in for that submission. Cards in categories you didn't list are paid at our current rate.

5. Counting and final payout

Your payout is based on our count, not your estimate. Every box is opened on camera and counted by machine. All cards must be authentic, English-language Pokémon cards. Energy cards are not accepted and do not count toward payment. Cards we do not accept are not returned and are recycled, unless you arrange and pay for return shipping before we count.

6. Questions about the count

You have 48 hours after we email your final count to raise a question from your status page. We'll review our video and count. Our decision after review is final.

7. Payment

We pay by PayPal or Venmo to the account you entered when you submitted. We are not responsible for payments to an account you entered incorrectly. Payouts are sent on our scheduled payout days.

8. Shipping and risk

You pay for shipping and are responsible for the package until it's delivered to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Use tracking and keep your receipt.

9. Counterfeit or stolen cards

Counterfeit cards are not paid for and are not returned. If we believe cards are stolen, we may hold them, refuse payment and cooperate with law enforcement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you submit applies to that submission.
