No. Just write your submission ID and email on any piece of paper and put it in the box, and write the ID on the outside too. The printable packing slip is optional.

You do. Use a service with tracking — USPS Ground Advantage is usually cheapest for heavy boxes.

By PayPal or Venmo, every Tuesday and Friday, once your count is final. We cover PayPal Payouts fees. Sellers receive the full amount.

We count most boxes within a few days of arrival. After we email your final total you have 48 hours to raise a question, then you're paid on the next payout day.

The estimate uses your numbers; the payout uses our count. Every box is opened on camera and run through our sorting machine, and you get a full breakdown.

All cards must be authentic, English-language Pokémon cards. Energy cards are not accepted and do not count toward payment.

Energy cards, non-English cards, fake or altered cards, and damaged cards (water, smoke, creases or tears). Cards we do not accept are not returned and are recycled, unless you arrange and pay for return shipping before we count.

Yes. Pick "Unsorted bulk" on the form. Every card sent as unsorted is paid at the unsorted rate of $0.015 each ($15.00 / 1,000), no matter what's inside, including holos, rares and hits. Want more for those? Sort them out and list them in their own categories.

Not online — this protects you if someone gets into your email. Reply to one of our emails from the address you submitted with, and we'll verify it with you.

Our emails only come from our own domain. We never ask you to pay anything, buy a label from us, or ship anywhere except the address on your status page on this website. If in doubt, use Check status on this site instead of clicking links.

No, but large and first-time submissions get a quick manual review before approval. Payouts over $500.00 need a quick ID check first.
