What we collect

Your name, email address, PayPal email or Venmo username/phone, your card counts and notes, your tracking number, and our count and photos/video of your box. We do not collect your home address, Social Security number or bank details.

Why

Only to process your submission, pay you, prevent fraud, and keep business and tax records.

Who we share it with

PayPal/Venmo (to pay you), our email provider (to send your emails) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed submissions are deleted after 3 days. After a submission is finished, we remove your name, email and payout account after about 3 years, keeping only amounts and dates for tax records. Box videos are kept for 90 days.

Security

Your status page is only reachable with a private link we email you. Our admin tools require a verified login.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information, except records we must keep by law.

Cookies: this site sets no tracking cookies. Our bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use what it needs to tell humans from bots.
